Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Titan Takeout, published by RuiCodex, handles data. In short: the game has no account and keeps your progress on your device. The only outside services are Google's, for ads and for purchases.
Data stored on your device
Titan Takeout saves the following only on your phone or tablet, in the app's private storage:
- your progress: towns and days cleared, stars, coins, tool upgrades, truck styles and monster friendships;
- your settings: sound, music, vibration, screen shake, gesture hints and language;
- the items you have bought (so the game knows what you own);
- a local log of gameplay events (for example which shift was played, its stars, tips and served plates), used only on the device.
None of this is sent to us. The game has no account and never asks for your name, e-mail address, contacts, photos or location.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Titan Takeout shows two kinds of ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob): an optional reward video you may choose to watch to double the tip jar after a shift, and occasional full-screen (interstitial) ads between shifts. Interstitial ads never appear in your first days of play, never during a shift and never after any purchase; Remove Ads switches them off. There are no banner ads. When an ad is requested or shown, Google processes your device's advertising identifier (Android advertising ID or iOS IDFA), an approximate location derived from your IP address, device and operating-system information, and your interaction with the ad, together with diagnostic data. Google uses this data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. We do not receive it in a form that identifies you; we see aggregated reports only.
Consent and your choices
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is shown before ads are personalised. You may refuse personalised ads; ads are then non-personalised. Where this applies, you can change your choice at any time in Settings > Ad privacy options.
- On iOS your advertising identifier (IDFA) is only used if you allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency).
- On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Google > Ads or Privacy > Ads).

Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play (or Apple's App Store on iOS). We never receive your payment details. The game only stores which items you own; Settings > Restore purchases asks the store again.
Feedback
When you send feedback, the game opens your own e-mail app with a message to info@ruicodex.com. It contains the text you wrote and, to help us fix problems, the game version, platform and OS version, the game language, your progress (current town and day, total stars) and the screen size. Nothing is sent unless you send that e-mail yourself. We receive your e-mail address as the sender and use it only to reply.
Ratings
If the game shows a rating request, it is the store's own review window. The game stores no review data and never rewards a rating.
Keeping and deleting data
Data on your device stays until you uninstall the game. Settings > Reset progress clears your towns, coins and friendships (your purchases stay yours). Feedback e-mails are kept only as long as needed to handle them and are deleted on request. We do not sell personal data. Data exchanged with Google's services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Children
Titan Takeout is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, the Turkish KVKK and similar laws you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or object to its processing. Because the game keeps your data on your device, most requests are answered by the steps above; for anything else write to info@ruicodex.com. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
