Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Cook with your fingers: swipe across food to slice it, flick a patty upwards to flip it, draw circles to stir the pot, hold to pour sauce up to the line and roll dough with quick back-and-forth strokes. When the plate matches the order bubble, fling it up to the monster at the window. Fast, perfect plates earn more tips.
I missed the closing goal. Did I lose everything?
No. You keep half of the shift's tips and can try the day again straight away. There is no energy and no waiting.
How do friendships and stories work?
Great plates for a regular fill their hearts. Each heart unlocks a comic chapter in Regulars and a special order.
What are the Monster Festival and the Night Market?
The festival changes every week: a boss visits with a special kitchen rule. The Night Market is an endless shift that ends after three walk-outs; it opens once you finish Cinder Crossing.
My purchase did not arrive, or I have a new phone.
Open Settings > Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account. If that does not help, write to us with the store receipt. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store.
I lost my progress. Can it be recovered or moved?
Progress is stored only on your device; there is no cloud backup. Uninstalling the game or resetting the device erases it. Purchases can always be restored.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The whole game works offline; only ads and purchases need a connection.
Are there ads?
An optional reward video can double your tip jar after a shift, and occasional interstitial ads appear between shifts, never in your first days and never during a shift. Any purchase, or Remove Ads, switches the interstitial ads off.
How do I change the language?
Settings > Language. Titan Takeout is available in 11 languages; on first launch it follows your device language.
How do I change my advertising privacy choice?
Where it applies (EEA, UK, Switzerland), Settings > Ad privacy options reopens the consent form. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Details: Privacy Policy.
How do I reset my progress?
Settings > Reset progress. Your purchases stay yours.
Reporting a bug
In the game, open Settings > Send feedback: your e-mail app opens with the game version and device details already filled in. Or write to info@ruicodex.com and tell us what you did and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.
