Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Titan Takeout, published by RuiCodex. By installing or playing the game you accept them. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the game. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it.
Purchases
The master tools (Golden Knife, Thermo Spatula, Whirl Ladle, Pro Pour Bottle and the Master Chef Kit), the Tidepool Deep town pack and Remove Ads are one-time purchases that stay yours; they are tied to your store account and can be restored in Settings > Restore purchases. Prices are shown by the store before you buy. Refunds follow the rules of Google Play or the App Store. Coins are earned only by playing; they cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
Ads
Watching a reward video to double your tip jar is always optional. Occasional interstitial ads may appear between shifts as described in the Privacy Policy. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads; if you see an inappropriate ad, tell us at info@ruicodex.com.
The game and updates
The game is provided "as is". We may update, change or remove features, for example to fix problems or balance the game. The weekly Monster Festival and the daily special follow your device's date. Do not tamper with the app or its purchases.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
